On a 4 cylinder (no distributor) engine it is located on the engine block, passenger side, directly over right engine mount, between the upper coil pack and oil pressure sensor. It is accessed through the wheel well. On a 6 cylinder with the distributor, it is located in the base of the distributor.
The distributor is located on the rear of the engine next to the firewall on a 2.0 4 cylinder.
When standing on the passanger side looking at the distributor the top right plug is cylinder one (the cylinder closest to the distributor). The top left plug on the distributor is cylinder two. The bottom left plug is cylinder three. Finally the bottom left plug is cylinder four (the cylinder furthest from the distributor, closest to the timing gear). Hope this helps.
