What is the fuel pressure supposed to be on a 1993 silverado with a 5.7?

Factory pressure is 75psi. However, the book says that the truck will run fine as long as the psi > 50. Mine is currently 52psi and the truck runs fine....idles a tiny bit rough sometimes.
