Jerusalem. This is the same place Jews and Muslims go as all 3 religions see this city as their "Holy City"
The Holy War was a conflict between the three major world religions, Muslims, Christians, and Jews, over ownership of the Holy city of Jerusalem. It is the Muslim belief that the prophet Muhammed ascended from the Dome of the Rock located within the city. Jews believe that the last original wall, know reffered to as the Wailing Wall, is found in the outskirts of the city. Christians belive that Jerusalem was the city where Jesus, Son of God was born. The Holy War had no true resolution and all three major religions disagree over who it's rightful owner is today. I hope this helps!!
Yes. The three monotheistic religions (of which Arabs and Israelis are mainly composed) all venerate the city.
It is called Holy Land because the world's three main religions are tied to Jerusalem: Christians, Judaism, and Islam.
