There are a few reasons this lawsuit is pending from what I understand:
1. There have been problems with the transmission and this same TRANNY continued to be used...
2. There are problems with that engine overheating, the cylinder head warping, and eventually the head gasket going.
3. The fuel pump goes out prematurely and/or the sending unit level goes bad.
4. Electronic issues dealing with the power sliding doors, power door locks, rear sliding quarter windows, and front power windows (sliding door has been known to open on it's own while driving, front windows not going up or down, door locks not locking/unlocking, the rear quarter panel windows not opening both windows at the same time)...
This is just what I've heard about, so i don't know for sure - but the fuel sending unit, the sliding door, the rear windows and the power door locks are all problems I've experienced on my 2000 Chevrolet venture Warner Brothers edition van...
