Double check me on this one, but I'm pretty sure it's the Straits of Magellan. At the southern tip of South America. The Cape of Good Hope is at the southern tip of Africa. One other place they meet would be the Panama Canal. On the other side of the globe, the Indian ocean, and other bodies of water come between them, so they don't actually meet there. Pretty sure. :)
