Reduce your daily sugar consumption, and keep an eye on your daily calorie intake.

It's not that difficult, and from someone who lost 6 pounds in two weeks, and 25 pounds in the fist 8 weeks, I am testimony that this method works.

While exercise is not necessary, if you can add a little exercise in on a daily basis (just a walk is enough) that helps speed up the process as well.

I can highly recommend this method for losing weight quickly for both men and women (my wife has experience similar results too) and the even better thing about quitting sugar is that it is healthy for us as well.

best way that worked for me... exercise (running, jogging, or even walking to burn the fat, then lifting wieghts, or just push ups and sit ups works pretty good) and then you need to work on your diet, simply watch what you eat, instead of grabbing a soda get a water or juice or actually I switched to Diet Soda, just watch the junk foods, eat a good serving of fruits and veggies everyday and lots of protein packed meat. protein burns fat and repairs muscles after a good workout! Make sure you're getting sleep, and getting all of your vitamins!
