44-78 in-lbs. Mazda manual recommends tightening the bolts in the following pattern (recommend lightly tightenint each bolt in 3 cycles):
- Center bolt between 2nd and 3rd spark plug.
- Center bolt in front of spark plug #1.
- 4 bolts down the driver's side, starting from front to back (timing belt to firewall)
- Center bolt behind spark plug #4.
- 4 bolts down passenger's side starting from back to front (firewall to timing belt)
- Center bolt in front of spark plug #1.
- Center bolt between 2nd and 3rd spark plug.
- Center bolt behind spark plug #4.
