The fuse box is located behind the passenger side kick plate, at foot level. The kick plate pulls off easily (pull from the front). At the bottom of the fuse box cover, there is a slot. Place a flat blade screwdriver through the slot. The cover will pop off.
According to the ( 2004 ) Ford Expedition Owner Guide : The passenger compartment fuse panel / power distribution box is in the front passenger footwell It is behind the kick panel just in front of the front passenger door * the kick panel swings out for removal , there is a cover on the fuse panel behind the kick panel
According to the 2003 Ford Expedition Owner Guide : The passenger compartment fuse panel / power distribution box is located in the front passenger footwell , in front of the front door , behind a flip out cover ( so the power distribution box is not in the engine compartment on a 2003 Ford Expedition )
On a 2005 Ford Expedition : The power distribution box and the passenger compartment fuse panel are combined together It's located in the front passenger footwell , behind the kick panel * the kick panel swings out for removal to gain access to the fuse panel cover
On a 2003 Ford Expedition : The fuse panel and power distribution box are combined : It is located in the front passenger footwell behind the kick panel ( the interior trim panel , just in front of the front passenger door , at the front passenger's feet ) * the kick panel swings out for removal and allows access to the cover on the fuse panel
The 2004 Ford Expedition has two fuse box units. The cabin location is on the passenger side located behind a triangular plastic cover. The engine bay contains the other fuse box unit.

Behind the plastic cover that is behind the passenger front wheel.

It is located in the front passenger footwell , behind the kick panel ( the interior trim panel , just in front of the passenger front door , at the passenger's feet ) * the kick panel swings out for removal to gain access to the fuse panel cover ( so to answer your question , there isn't one )
Fuel pump can be accessed from inside car by removing cover located just behind rear seat on passenger side. Then remove hoses and unplug. unbolt cover and remove pump assy.
It's on the passenger side of the motor under the valve cover.
I know it's under the hood, but is it in front of or behind the radiator? does anyone out there have a diagram or scematic? Thanks. It is on the Passenger Side behind the Front Bumper Cover. You have to take off the Front Bumer Cover. On Passenger Side it is between about where the Parking Light Sidemarker and Headlight are on that side. It is not inside the Engine Bay, but where the Passenger Fender and Front Bumper Cover meet and about where the Passenger Side Marker is. On my 2003 (which is a similar body style) I've had an easier time (and substantially less work) by turning the wheels all the way to the right and removing the front fender well cover on the passenger's side. The horn is right behind it and should make for the fewest things to take a part and it's not really that cramped to work.
The fuse box is located on the passenger side bottom right triangular panel at the passengers feet. The cover pulls off very easily. :) Thanks! It is located behind the passenger side kick panel. Once you remove the kick panel, there is a slot at the bottom of the fuse box cover. Place a flat head screw driver there to pop the cover off.
