What is wrong if your turn signals quit working on 1995 Chevy blazer fuses bulbs and 4way flashers ok had to manually turn them then they quit all together?

YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER. IT WILL BE LOCATED ON OR VERY NEAR THE STEERING COLUMN UNDER THE DASH.
