The line is probably clogged. Wax, dirt and other build-up can often clog the very tiny opening where the fluid comes out. Try using a small needle to clear the holes. Most commonly would be the washer pump which pumps the fluid. Also, the wiper switch could be bad but it's less likely.
its broken......
The linkage bushings are worn/missing/broken or the wiper arms are not timed properly to the wiper transmissions.
check wiper fuse first, then check wiper switch then check wiper motor
Check your fuses.
If the pump under the hood buzzes and makes noise when you press the washer switch then the sprayers at the windshield are plugged, replace sprayers. More likely you will find the pump makes no noise and is bad. Could be out of fluid.
Broken or disconnected wiper transmission (linkage)?
Replace the paulse board that's attached to the wiper motor.
Either the fuse is blown or the wiper motor is bad.
try replacing the windshield wiper moter, and check for damaged wireing that could be causeing a short and blowing fuses.
A failing turn signal/wiper multi function switch is a common cause.
More than likely, the fluid in the tank or within the lines is frozen.
Sorry I Should Have Said Inside The Wiper Motor Is The Cycle Completor/ Inside The Wiper Is A Part Called A Cycle Completer ( for lack of words ) The Wiper Motor Will Need To Be Replaced To Correct Your Problem. This Happens To Wiper Motors When Lots Of Us Turn Them On When They Are Frozen To The Windshield. It Burns Out This Devise Over Time. When You Get This Fixed, Always Free Up Your Wipers Before Turning Them On. Hope This Helps
