- Cheating over the internet is still considered cheating and your wife is cheating! Put your foot down! Let her know that you are not willing to put up with this and unless she ceases to contact the other man then you are leaving her. Also tell her that there are all sorts of scams on the Internet from people who want to come to the U.S. or, in one case I knew of a U.S. soldier who wanted a woman he was having a relationship with by email in the U.S.to let his buddy come to the U.S. on leave and she was to give him a large sum of money and hold a package without asking questions. Obviously this is more common than some people think and it's illegal. Your wife is being used and she needs to see that. If not then keep your promise and at least separate for a bit until she hopefully comes to her senses. Another issue is, you may not be spending enough time with your wife and she may feel the romance and common bond you once had together has vanished so it would be to your best interest to hear how she feels and why she feels the need to cheat on you. Make an effort to pay attention to your wife and perhaps buy her flowers every so often or take her out for dinner and have some fun together. Everything in life has to be nurtured in order to grow.

∙ 14y agoI'm sorry, but I don't think the INS concerns it self with non-criminal sexual behavior. You may be able to sue this person civilly , but you will need proof, preferably video.
