Answer

You have suspension or steering parts that are loose, broken, or worn out. May also be a loose wheel. This can be a very dangerous situation. I suggest you get this truck on a lift and inspect all the front suspension and steering components before you have an accident. ASAP.

I had a clunking in my front end when i hit potholes and bumps. It turned out to be my column needed to be repacked with grease. I didn't use the factory lithium grease, but the thicker red GM stuff. Been fine ever since... that was a year ago.

How do you replace the drivers side interior door handle on a 1997 GMC Sierra?

What I did for my Yukon was to take the old handle off, by popping it out of its holes and then popping the new on into the holes, because it was riveted into the door, and didnt want to take them out, I did buy the whole handle though, just took the small handle part you hold on to off the new one, and popped it into the old one without taking anything extra off.
