All NATO nations (North Atlantic Treaty Organization), like the UK, Spain, Turkey, Canada and Belgium (France bugged out of NATO under De Gaulle). Nations like Japan, Australia, South Korea and on occasion places like the UAE.
It does depend on the mission though. For example, if we got involved in another Korea conflict, the Germans probably wouldn't get involved even though they are our "allies." Same with us if Germany got involved in some brouhaha in Eastern Europe with say, Serbia. The US would likely not intervene militarily.
