Little red bubbles can be associated with a number of skin conditions: hives, eczema, psoriasis, etc. They usually show up in response to an allergen. This could be an environmental allergen (dust, pollen, pet dander, mold, etc.) or to a food (typically wheat, dairy or acidic foods). Cut out wheat and dairy of your diet for 2 weeks, drink at least 8 cups of water per day and supplement with vitamin C and fish oil to help repair the skin and clear Allergies. If it gets much worse, go to see a dermatologist.
