The obvious answer is to be checked fot STD's, but if you are clear of them, it may be a sub-cutaneous cyst. They can be very painful, but they are only a minor skin problem like a hard pimple that never comes to a head. It will pass in its own eventually. But if it is a big problem or if they keep returning, consider seeing a good dermatologist after ruling out STD's. Gynocologists tend to lance them, but this causes them to return more frequently and caused me to lose sensitivity in one of the labia minora. I am not in the medical profession but have been treated for this recurring problem since before I was sexually active, and I have read many articles on it as well. Some women are more prone to it than others. Do not squeeze as sub-cutaneous cysts seldom form a head, and their pus lies well below the surface. Squeezing just causes a lot of pain and can spread the 'poison' underneath the surface of the skin.
It is not likely.
if you were to have a pimple on your penis and then popped it, it would be painful and it is possible that it could get infected.
It could be an abscess depending upon the severity.

It menas nothing, dont worry.
A painful pimple/bump on the skin that doesn't show any color like a whitehead or a blackhead does.
Cystic Acne causes very deep, painful acne that can leave scars.
It is most likely a large pimple.
I have the same thing going on in the crease of my leg. Anyone know what it is
you should probably bring it to the vet to make sure it is actually a pimple because it can be a cyst or something more serious.
Ive tried this. It doesn't work at all. It just peels off a layer of skin and is very painful, resulting in the pimple to be irritated, making it larger.
I am not a medical expert, but this sounds like a sty. I will place a link below that explains what a sty is.
