The cylinder. Positions are marked on the main front pulley. Manually turning the pulley to the number one position and the number one cylinder will be in position.
One is on the crankshaft pulley the other is on the camshaft pulley.
#3 is third cylinder from the pulley end of engine.
The number one cylinder is on the same side as the crank pulley (belt).
Disconnect the battery. Using a metric socket and a breaker bar turn the tensioner clockwise and release the belt. Using a metric socket take off the bolt in the middle of the pulley. Use a pulley puller and pull it off.
Cylinder 1 is at the flywheel end of the engine, on the same side as the starter. In countries with left-hand drive, that's the passenger side. Cylinder 2 is on the same side as cylinder 1, at the pulley end. Cylinder 3 is on the other side of the engine at the flywheel end. Cylinder 4 is on the same side as cylinder 3, at the pulley end.

That would be the left or drivers side cylinder (US models) or the cylinder nearest the accessory Vbelts and crank pulley.
The tension pulley is centerline with the engine and at the very top of the belt routing.
Use a chain wrench around the pulley and a breaker bar on the bolt.
Try to replace only bearing #6203 2Z inside of pulley.
The 1995 Toyota Camry four cylinder engine timing marks can be found on the main pulley. The timing marks will be scattered around the outside of the pulley.
