Vitamin A is good for your eyes. Eat food like carrots, spinach, lettuce, sprouts, milk and dairy products. Vitamin C is also good. Foods like Oranges, lemons, gooseberrires and guavas have vitamin c. Eat sardines, markerels, tuna and salmon. Do some eye exercises like: moving the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise. Blink often. This helps with dry eyes. Don't wear your glasses when you don't need to.
