You always have abs. It's a matter of when you can start do develop the ones you have; wait until puberty for that.
You Can get sexy abs at 15 years old and they will be better once your 18 19 20 so keep doing crunches
for an athlete this means drinking several cups of fluid for two hours and then 15 minutes before a heavy workout and then youll get nice ripped abs like me haha :)
