The intake air temperature sensor is inside the main plastic housing of the air intake box where the air filter resides.
Hall Probe. When the Hall Probe is held so that the magnetic field lines are passing at right angles through the sensor of the probe, the meter gives a reading of the value of magnetic flux density (B).
The knock sensor is on top of the engine block between the heads under the intake manifold and the coolant pipes.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.Loosen the hose band and remove the intake hose.Remove the airflow meter attaching bolts and detach the wire harness connector.Remove the airflow meter from the air cleaner housing.Installation is the reverse order of the removal procedure.
With sensor removed the business end should be magnetic. While the sensor is disconnected and removed, probe the two pins for resistance with an ohm meter. The circuit should not be open.
its a air temperature sensor it should be around your intake i don't know where on your car but mine was right under my trottle body next to my water temperature sensor
MAF(Mass Air Flow) sensor, TPS(Throttle position sensor) sensor, IAF(Intake air flow) sensor, EGR, leaking, loose or missing vacum hoses...
It is located on the air filter box. Has a plug with 3 or so wires in it.
"Where is the crankshaft position sensor on a 96 ford probe SE?"
The mass airflow sensor would be between the engine air filter and the big engine air intake tube
A probe or sensor that is inserted into a blood vessel (an artery or vein) to be used.
The 1991 Ford Probe does not have a transmission fluid intake reservoir. All of the transmission fluid is contained in the transmission.
