May only be able to fit in an open end wrench.
Any type of socket can be used to remove a 91' Cavalier wheel cylinder bolt that looks like a reversed torx. However, make sure the socket is a bolt head socket.

My 1997 Chevy Cavalier with 2.2L motor used a 15mm socket.
Remove the water supply hose from your 1988 Chevy Cavalier thermostat housing. Remove the thermostat housing bolts. Lift the old thermostat out and drop in the new thermostat.
T-55 Torx Socket (DO NOT USE AN ALLEN WRENCH) - To remove the 3 bolts that secure hub assemble to steering knuckle. 1 -3/16 deep socket - To remove axle spindle nut.
10mm 12-point socket
Remove the wiring harness from your 1988 Chevy Cavalier fuel pump. Remove the fuel lines from the fuel pump. Remove the fuel pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new fuel pump.
The 2002 Cavalier 2.2 liter engine cylinder head bolt torque specification is 120 pounds. The cylinder head bolts should be torqued in 40 pound intervals.
Put a length of steel pipe over the end of the socket handle, so you get more leverage. Pull steadily, with no jerks.
T55
Remove bolts from inside of glove dep. Remove bolts under defrost vent. Remove bolts from panels on side of dash. I think there is a total of 6-8 bolts.
