Royalty was the bases of European history. There were political/religious triangles that sparked a flame for England, Spain, and Scotland. Queen Elizabeth I of England is one of the most famous European rulers in history, as well as one of the finest. Mary Tutor, Queen of Scotland wanted to inherit England and take over considering Elizabeth I refused to marry or have children. Philip II of Spain wanted to marry queen Elizabeth initially, but they were too different and she refused. Philip married Mary Tutor of Spain to try and take of England.
