That would be a decision made by the BK trustee in conjunction with the applicable state or Federal Laws. The debtor should contact the trustee in charge of his or her "13" as soon as possible. Although the debtor did not have control over the circumstances creating the problem, the BK is still subject to dismissal if the terms are not or cannot be fullfilled as agreed.
