one is for the negative, one for the positive, 2 for the heater circuit. Best idea is to buy a "direct fit" O2 sensor that is a complete unit and has a plug on it so there is no guess work with wiring. Direct fit O2s are not that much more money.

Where is o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 2 on a 2008 sonata?

Bank one is the same side as cylinder one, this varies per manufacturer, but is generally on the passengers side of the car, so bank two would be opposite, then sensor 2 would be AFTER the catalytic converter, or post converter O2 sensor. Follow the exhaust to, or just past the catalytic converter and it will be the only thing connected to the exhaust with wires on it.

How do you replace o2 sensor on 1999 dodge durango?

If it is the bank 1 sensor its located on the manifold near plug # 1.(driver side) This is fairly easy to do, it took me a half hr to pull and replace. If it's bank 2 its right after the cat. converter extremely easy to replace. (be sure not to cut the wires unless absolutly necessary) ( you may need a special socket to get around the wires)That's not quite right. On a V type engine, whether its an V-6, V-8 or V-10 etc, you will have 2 upstream sensors. One for bank 1 and one for bank 2. The upstream sensors are before the cat. Bank 1 is correct, the exhaust on the side of the number 1 cyl, usually the right side of the engine. Bank 2 will be the other side of the engine. You then have a sensor after EACH cat. This is the down stream sensor. If you only have 1 cat, then the down stream sensor isn't bank # 2, its just the down stream sensor. If you have 2 cats, then one will be the downstream, bank 1 sensor, the other will be the downstream bank 2 sensor. This is only for vehicles with more than one cat per bank.

How do you replace glow plug harness on 2000 7.3 powerstroke?

You will need to remove both valve covers and electrical connectors from the valve cover gasket, fuel injectors, and glow plugs. It's one entire harness per side and is replaced as an assembly. Good luck.

Why wont the cooling fan run on 1993 mercury topaz?

There could be a number of problems. Start with checking if the fan is working. Unplug the wire to the fan and jump it with a good battery. Either pos. or neg. to either side. If the fan does not work, most likely the fan is defective, replace it. If it works, then make sure the power is getting to the wires. Check the wire plug to make sure it is clean. If this is good, with the engine at operating temp. use a 12 volt tester to see if power is being sent to the fan, if yes, then the fan really should work at this point, as per previous tests. If no power to the plug, then go to the fan sensor, just follow the wires to the sensor for the fan, and not for the engine temp. Unplug the sensor wire, jump the 2 wires with a paper clip, if the fan starts, then the sensor is defective, and just replace the sensor. You could do this first, but just make sure the fan does work by doing the first test. As long as there is power going to the plug at the fan it should work. If replacing the sensor, and the fan still does not come on, but the fan only works when you jump the wires at the sensor, then instead of spending a lot of $$$$$$$$$, just wire in a toggle switch to these two wires inside the car and operate manually. Hope this all helps.

Where do spark plugs go in a 93 Chevy?

If you look at all the rubber wires, ( 8 of them ) on the back of the engine behind the air filter. Each one of those wires hook to a spark plug in the heads that is on both sides of the engine. 4 spark plugs per side.

How do you change spark plug wires on a 2002 6-cylinder Jeep Wrangler Where are they?

There are no clutch wires per say. You have a rail on the left side of your engine, if it is a 4.0, that all of the plugs are underneath. It is held on by either 4 or 5 bolts, I can't remember, but remove the cover and you have access to your plugs
