you might have a bad Flasher relay.
More than likely the flasher relay is defective. Replace it.
the most common thing is a faulty multifunction switch.
Your emergency lights are on.
Turn signal relay needs to be replaced. If you turn on the hazard (emergency) switch, all the signal lights should come on. This says the lights are okay.
Some cars have two flashers, one for the signals and the other for the emergency flashers. Be sure you replaced the right one. Also check the fuse the bulbs and lastly the signal switch.
Check the flasher for the turn signals which is under the dash on the left side of the steering column . It is different from the emergency flasher.

It is your multifunction switch that has gone out. It is located in the steering column. I used my emergency lights and it blew out brake lights, turn signals, and emergency lights. In newer models Chevy did a recall not so for our older models. Mine is a 1995.
Sounds like a bad connection or a bad relay.
Check the bulbs - they are doubloe filamented with the smaller being for brake/turn signals Check the fuses
