What would make the idle rough and shaky while accelerating on a Saturn 97 Coupe SC1 if you have had a tune up already?

Your not at idle when your accelerating but I know what your saying, my 97 does the same thing. Usually, the cause is the more than crappy gas I've seen sold lately at certain places. Best advice, on your next 2 fill ups, run high octane, 93 or so. Also, with both those fill ups, throw in a black bottle of STP Super Concentrated Fuel Injector Cleaner. This stuff is great. I have a feeling it will clear up. I just did the same thing and it runs like a top again.
