I would say the problem is pretty obvious and the solution is very easy. First take off the rear wheel and then take off the front wheels. Take the Blaster to your local scrap yard and junk it for 55 bucks. You can sell the wheels for around that too, good luck!

a yamaha blaster obviously has an alternator, just like any engine, if it wouldn't have an alternator how do you expect the spark plug to light up?
