This is what the Honda manual recommends 105,000mi/186,000km/7yrs unless...you drive in the following conditions: in very high temperatures (over 110F/40C), or in very cold temperatures (under -20F/-29C). Then they recommend replacing the timing belt and balancer belt (4cyl) every 60,000mi/100,000km. No matter what interval you choose, I always recommend replacing the water pump at the same time. If it were my vehicle I would also replace the tensioner assembly too. I believe the recommended change interval is every 120,000km
