Your best bet would be to stop posting your question on the internet, crack open your history book and read it. I would bet that your teacher is just as good at hitting Google as you are and that whatever you submitted as an answer, if it did not have substance from your textbook or class notes, would be immediately flagged and your teacher wouldn't accept it.
A good idea would be to start with looking at the Constitution and figuring out what it says and why it needed a Bill of Rights. If you can't figure that out just give up and google "Constitution+Compromise"
