Back in the 30's 40's 50's and also in the 60's but it still goes on today. But, in the U.S., the first half of the 20th century, when slavery was in full force throughout much of the U.S., would be the greatest.

well obviously it was pretty bad throughout history and there is no way to really tell a specific year considering noone is old enough to have lived through All periods of intense racism. It should also be pointed out that there has been racism in different areas of the world. There is no way to tell which country, ethnic group, or religous group has been shown racism in a worse way than the others. I think some common and reasonable answers for time periods-not a specific year- that were the the worst for racism would be:in between the revolutionary and civil war, the holocaust, jews throughout history, japanese internment after pearl harbor attack, and many countless other situations with high body counts due to human ignorance. :)
It never did and I do t think it will any time soon
Racism has not stopped; it is continually becoming more of a problem in our society today.
Racism was not stopped not will it ever be.
which is worst is a matter of opinion
i bet it sucked, then again,it could have been worst, therecould have been Racism in Hidding.
I believe that it has. Racism over the past century has taken a turn for the better. There has been far less acts of public racism over the past century, but it still remains. Stereotypes are alive and thriving in today's society, especially in comedy. It is a form of comedy, and the worst I've seen are racist jokes. I'm just glad there are no more lynchings!

mr condon was the chief of police at the time, and was supposedly going to "correct" the racism. he came into office in 1991 and in 1999, when lawrence was killed, he merely pushed everything away, in terms of the evidence and materials involving the murder of lawrence. He was a source of institutionalized racism like no other, due to the fact that he denied all thoughts about himself being racist. the worst type of racism, i believe.
New racism is all the different types of racism manly the new stuff that can be really hurtful and that's what new racism is
