If you are talking about a webpage, then this happens becauuse the page is coded this way. It is, most likely, done by JavaScript. The code says when the moves pointer rolls over me send the viewer to a different page. The only way this can be stopped is by turning off JavaScript in the Tools->internet Options menu. Open this and click on the "advanced" tab on the extreme right. There should be somewhere you can check "Disable JavaScript". If you can't do this, the best you can do is not rollover the link.

When you want an item put your curser on the button "add to cart" and do that with each item until done.
Click View > place curser over Toolbars > uncheck the item you don't want
