On a 1998 Lincoln Navigator I believe it is in the front passenger footwell ( it might be behind an access panel )

I was looking at the 1998 Lincoln Town Car Owner Guide and there is an auxilary power outlet located on the instrument panel ( unfortunately it doesn't have a drawing showing exactly where on the instrument panel )
Check behind the trunk liner. Remove appropriate bolts until light panel(s) loosen. Remove light panels and look for burned lights (remember to check wrap-around light at corners).
Don't know if the dealer still has these, if they do will be high. They sometimes appear on E-Bay but most of the time they are used. Good luck.
