Free is difficult, although enough hours spent on Google or Bing will probably get you what you need.
Low cost is much easier, as I found a wiring diagram for $4 in less than a minute on Bing.com.
However, if you know enough to need and to be able to read a wiring diagram, I would recommend a good repair manual such as Chilton or Haynes. These can be found at most auto parts stores for about $20, or on E-bay or Craigslist for much less, and they contain wiring diagrams. They also contain a plethora of information about your Jeep, most of which will come in handy eventually. If you don't need it again, put it on Craigslist or E-bay, and sell it. Viola...... most of your money back and almost free wiring diagram.
