the one above it is #17, the top one in the column is #18.

remove the kick panel on the passenger side (right side of the front seat). fuse diagram is pasted to the backside of the panel. DO NOT DO THAT this guy is a moron there is no diagram pasted behind the kick panel! The best thing to do is just Google it or go to the autozone website and print it out
Owners manual should have that information in it.
try looking under the cover of the fusebox that is on the right hand side under the bonnet ..... cheers Aussie charlie...........
It is cleaverly hidden in fuse 25 which is probably entitled blower motor. But there is also a circuit breaker for the system, located near the turn signal switch.

The grand Cherokee is a body style, sport is a trim package that is used on all jeep models(wrangler, Cherokee, grand Cherokee, patriot, ...)
There is no such part on a 1999 Jeep Cherokee.
The engine holds six quarts of oil.

You can obtain a serpentine belt diagram have most Chrysler/Jeep dealerships. The serpentine belt diagram can also be found at most auto-parts stores.

I got the Hanes Jeep repair manual # 50010 ( for 1984 through 1999) and it had several diagrams. I contacted Haynes at 805-498-6703 and the faxed me a copy of the specific diagram I needed.
Not with out major modifications.
It doesn't have EGR
