I'm looking for the same thing for free online. I can't seem to find one on the net yet (I'll let you know if I do) but If you really need one there's these big (blue I think) auto repair books (atlas sized ish) that sell for about 20 bucks. I used to repair cars back in high school with a few friends and that was our bible. There's one specific to each model for a set of years (e.g. 94-96 Honda civic), and it has everything you could ever want. Everything from why you're having to replace that fuse in the first place to the molecular structure of the carpet on the floor. Well, the new ones might anyway... Best of luck

You can find a fuse panel map for a 1999 Honda Integra in the vehicle's owner's manual. You can also find it at various auto part stores.
It's on top of the throttle body.

You can find a fuse box map for your 1986 BMW 318 in the back of the owners manual. You can also find the fuse box map on the inside cover of the fuse box.

On my 98 Honda civic it is located just below the air filter opposite the firewall. It's kind of hard to get to, but not impossible. I had to move a small hose-clamp and use a very short Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws.
on top of the throttle body, has 3 wire conecter... on top of the throttle body, has 3 wire conecter...
