The Haynes Manual has wiring diagrams for the car.
You should be able to but you will need new mounts and some links.
The ignition module for a peugeot 106 is in the engine compartment. Facing the car with the hood open, the ECU is behind the headlamp nearest your left hand.
If that is the only problem, then yes.
On the peugeot 106 there is an oil cap on the top of the engine, note don't forget to check the level after you have put some in otherwise you could over fill it. HKP
It is designed to last the life of the engine and is normally replace when the engine is overhauled.
