Where most will ever see a werewolf, or lycanthrope, will be in plain sight among the rest of humanity. You may have see one before in a class or at work or outside in the open. These people may not even know they are werewolves so imagine how difficult it is for someone else to find them. If one is to find a werewolf in their rage-state, it's best to look somewhere natural, secluded away from every day human life like forests, parks, or abandoned buildings and properties. Some werewolves that are aware of their lycanthrope state may live secluded all the time to protect others and reduce the induction of episodes.

They will remember transforming though. they don't have to eat people if they don't want to but you should still be careful if you were to meet one.

there are reported sightings of a "werewolf" in Wisconsin. one such story is THERE WAS A MAN CLEANING THE ROADS OF ROAD KILL WHEN HIS TRUCK BROKE DOWN. HE STAYED IN HIS CAR WHEN HE SAW A CREATURE BIGGER THEN A WOLF BUT IT LOOKED LIKE ONE. THE WOLF CREATUREJUMPED ON THE TRUCK TOKE A BUCK (WHICH IS A BOY DEER) AND RAN OFF.This siting happend on March 21,2005. to this day he still cant find an answer to what he saw.

wolves usually live in colder climates but you never know because wolves adapt to many environments such as the red wolf for example... they live in warmer areas like in the plains. wolves stay in the wilderness unless desperate for food and will kill livestock.if your looking for what states you can find them in... there is wyoming, montana, idaho, Arizona, New Mexico, and alaska.
