I don't know how long this question ahs been posted, but I have the answer. It is located just to the left of the oil filter as you look under the car. Go to http://www.Acura-legend.com (its a forum) and do a search for "how to replace a VSS" there is some great info and DIY's there. .
You have a bad Vss Sensor.............. The vehicle speed sensor.
The camshaft position sensor on a 1991 Acura Legend is located at the back of the camshaft, near the rear bearing cap. It monitors the rotation of the camshaft and relays this information to the vehicle's computer.

The map sensor for the 1991 Acura Legend is mounted on the firewall. It is in a box near the factory strut brace.

The 1991 Acura Legend does not have an oil temperature sensor. It does have an oil pressure sensor. The oil pressure sensor will be located on the left-hand side of the engine.

its in front of car in the exhaust manifold, u need a special socket to remove oxegyn sensor. fairly easy
