I got mine from a repair manual purchased at the auto parts store. there are manuals available from ebay. and there are at least two web sites that sell parts for the Grand wagoneer. there may be schematic available on line.

The horn relay on my 86 was taped to the wiring harness on top of the fuse panel.
If you are refering to the belt tensioner. I have not seen one on a grand wagoneer with a 360.
