I disassembled the instrument cluster and looked for the "A" and "B" screws. In short my instrument cluster wasn't marked that way. I traced one side of the O2 lamp out and it went to a screw marked "KSW" there was also an empty screw hole marked as "KSW" almost directly opposite it with a dashed line imprinted in the circuit board between the two. I took the screw out of the 1st "KSW" and moved it to the 2nd "KSW", reassembled the gauge cluster, started the vehicle and the O2 light went out.
