I had to pull the front dash off by unscrewing it, left it hanging. The blower is just right of center. Unscrew it and unplug wiring harness and it comes right out. Easy fix, just time consuming.

The heater blower motor is on the interior passenger side. It is kind of a round shaped housing facing the floor.
double check that it's the motor most times it's the resister for the fan speed In the firewall on the passenger side of the truck is the blower motor speed resister coils, they burn out alot. I could not find one for my Dakota so I got one from a dodge caravan and I changed the wirring, that is the most likely problem
The blower motor resistor pack is defective. Replace it.
Not always, but 99% of the time this is a sign that the Blower Motor Resistor Pack is defective. Replace it.
30 amp fuse in fuse box.
On the inside of the firewall, below and behind the glove box.
