On the end of the transmission.
underneath the engine
No
I don't believe ther is one on this transmission, just the fluid gets changed. If there is a filter, it would be replaced if transmission is overhauled.
My transmission guy informed me that Nissan Pathfinders do not have a drain plug, that they are a self-contained unit. If you are leaking fluid, your seals need to be replaced
there is no drain plug on that transmission.you must remove the transmission oil pan and wile your there replace the filter.
Automatic trans drain plug is on left side of pan(for atf). differential oil drain plug is directly below differential. Manual transmission has only one plug(below differential in center of trans)
NO.. it does not have a plug. only the Ford f250 and up do. NO.. it does not have a plug. only the Ford f250 and up do.
In the transmission.
Yes, that is possible. But you would need a donor car in order to have all the parts necessary. Otherwise the cost of doing this would be astronomical. My advice is to sell the Honda with an automatic transmission and buy a Honda with a manual transmission.
Use only genuine Honda ATF-Z1 automatic transmission fluid in the A/T. Do not use any substitute or hard shifting will be the result.
How many quarts of automatic transmission fluid does the 2001 Toyota Avalon automatic transmission hold?
