YOU SHOULD ALSO KNOW THAT THE FLASHER SYSTEM IS DESIGNED SO THAT IF A LIGHT GOES OUT, THE OTHER LIGHTS ON THAT SIDE WILL COME ON, BUT NOT FLASH, THIS IS TO LET YOU KNOW THAT A LIGHT IS INDEED OUT. IF A BULB IS BLOWN ON BOTH SIDES, THEN NEITHER SIDE WILL FLASH, THIS MEANS THE FLASHER IS'NT ALWAYS BAD.FIND THE BAD BULBS FIRST, THEN WORRY ABOUT THE FLASHER. HAPPY MOTORING
