If you pull the glove box liner out you will see it on top of the duct work.

No
poor tune up.
nope, but if you're good with a welder, you can put the truck cab on the bronco frame, make a short flatbed, and have a ridiculously short half-ton pickup.
The heater core is located under the hood in the heater box where the blower motor is. Remove the heater hoses then the box can be unbolted and removed.
Yes
blue or orange is both possible check for numbers at back top of motor next to trans i believe that 75-79 corvette engines were painted blue originally. i know for a fact 79 is blue but I cannot remember which year it started.
The blower motor on all 70-81 Firebirds and T/As is located behind the passenger side fender. Complete pain to change. The best way is to pull the hood and the passenger side fender and inner fender well. Some people simply cut a hole in the inner fender well to get to the fan and heater core. Suggestion.....if you do either of these procedures, change out the heater core while you are in there. Save you from doing it again when it finally goes.
your ac fan motor is probably bad (the motor has different speeds, one speed maybe bad), or swicth is bad (alot cheaper to fix) The blower high relay on the top of the evaporator under the hood by the firewall passenger side is not working, may need to replace it.
There is enough room for it, but you might need to get creative on the motor mounts.
