There are 3 Oxygen sensors (at least) on the 98 model -- I'm certain there is one in each exhaust manifold and one after the catalytic converter. There might also be one in front of the catalytic converter, but I dont think so. Best bet is to get the Chilton manual or climb under and examine the exhaust system.

It is located under the motor, front and center. To access it, you must get under the vehicle.
The PCV valve on a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue is located under the MAP sensor. If you remove the large plastic cover with 3800 written on it and look to the left side of the engine there is a sensor marked (Pressure Sensor) with 3 wires going into it. Unplug that sensor and turn it counter clockwise and lift it off and you will see the PCV valve under it. The 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue throttle position sensor is held in place with two retaining screws. Remove the retaining screws and the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new throttle position sensor.
