What motor is in your van????????? Most GM products of this year in full size, the PCV should be located in the left hand rocker cover
If I'm not mistaken, it does not have a pcv valve, my 2000 doesn't have one on it...
The 2000 Toyota Avalon. PVC valve can be found on the air cleaner housing. The PVC valve will be attached to the back side of the air cleaner housing.

The PVC valve on a 2000 Hyundai Accent enters the head of the engine. It can be seen by the air manifold towards the driver side of the engine.
On the V6 the PVC valve is located on the drivers side rocker arm cover. Unsure about the I-4, but it should be on the rocker arm cover also.

PVC Valve is located valve cover / crankcase cover. Removal; 1. Disconnect the oil separator hose from the PVC valve. 2. Remove the PVC valve from the grommet in the crankcase. 3. inspect the grommet for deterioration. To Install; 4. If necessary, replace the crankcase grommet. 5. Install the PVC valve. 6. Install the hose.
