It should be on the front side of the throttle body. Probably a four or five wire connector to it.
Were can I buy a throttle cable for a 97 geo metro
I have a 1998 Metro with the 1.3l and the Camshaft Position Sensor is located on the bottom of the oil pan.
it is located on the head
Adjust the Throttle Possition indicator.
It is in the diistributor.
I only know about a Metro 1.0 3 cyl. is located between throttle body and intake manifold. It looks like a throttle gasket but has a 2 wire connector (red and black) Just use a 12 mm wrench to remove 4 large bolts, 3 or 4 electrical connectors, 2 small coolant hoses, 3 vacuum hoses and throttle cable and when remove throttle body you can see the EFE or PCT.
The throttle body injection is non adjustable and controlled by the pcm (computer) the throttle position sensor or TPS is adjustable but is normally set correctly at the factory. If you have changed it, there should be instruction on how to reset it properly
inside of the distributor
start with timing, after this, you should be able to test your throttle position sensor with and ohms metter to determine if its good or not.
Metro State College is located in the state of Colorado.
it is called a shift indicator (light)
Change the T.P.I. thotle possition indicator. I had the asame problem on my 1994 geo metro. terryregennitter@yahoo.com
