Transmission Dipstick should be on the left down the bottom, it is quite hard to get to so don't attempt to reach it when your car is hot!
The transmission dipstick should have a yellow handle, i have a 93 h22a Honda prelude and mine is on the drivers side right down the bottom you have to look for it quite hard, look for a yellow handle.
Hope this helps.

let side of motor on tranny it will be close to bottom of tranny, should be a yellow dip stick, really short
why? Honda engines are meant for Honda's, so stick with your H22A. If for some reason you still wanted to do the swap some custom engine mounts along with adapters would have to be fabricated.
