The Dealership refers to the resistor as a power unit (for auto climate control) systems. When this fails, the blower motor will not work. No heat or A/C. A different resistor is required for manual climate systems. To access this unit, you will need to remove the the glove box , the support bracket for S.R.S (passenger side) , and possibly the wire harness.
