It should be located on the housing for the air filter. You see, the job of the air intake temp. sensor is to moniter the air coming thru to the throttle body. It reads the air temp. that is flowing thru the air filter and intake sends that info to the computer so the comp. can send the proper signals to the other engine sensors to adjust air and fuel mix. etc. etc. so, check the housing where the air flows thru and look for a plug with a couple of wires attchd. that should be it.
Good Luck.

the intake sensor located with the air flow sensor.
The IAT (Intake Air Temperature) Sensor is a Two (2) Wire sensor located close to the intake.
The intake air temperature sensor on a 2005 Subaru WRX is part of the mass air flow sensor. It is located in the air intake duct.
The intake air temperature sensor is located on the mass air flow sensor on the intake. There are five wires attached to the sensor.
The intake air temperature sensor is located just after the top of the intercooler. It will have color coded wires coming from it.
The EGR temperature sensor is located in the intake manifold between cylinders 3 and 4
the sensor is on the intake. basically neer the air filtur

The intake air temperature sensor is located on top of the intake. In a 1990 Toyota Camry the air temp sensor assures the ECU the engine is running at optimal temperature.
IAT sensor (intake air temperature) or more commonly known as the MAT (manifold air temperature) sensor is located on either the air intake snorkel or the manifold
The IAT (Intake Air Temp Sensor) you are looking for is located in the Air Flow Sensor which is located at the end of the rubber intake pipe.
The IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor is an integral part of the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor.
