Where is the blower motor for a 2001 alero located at how do i get to the blower motror.?

It is located on the passenger side under the dash. The glove box door and underside panel must be removed to access it. Not a really hard fix. It takes about an hour or so. Just remember to unhook the negative battery terminal before you begin.
